CANCELLATION POLICY

Your massage appointment is very important to me. While I understand an emergency may arise, should you need to cancel your massage session, please be courteous in providing at least four hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full price of the massage session but you will be able to reschedule for a future date and/or time. If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged full price for the session missed and may be unable to reschedule in the future.
